We all finally made it to Saturday! The weather's finally cooling off a little and we spent the morning cleaning the pool and playing soccer.....I may get a little ambitious and start the fall garden.:) Rick's been updating my computer, so I've been a little lost trying to figure out the new system.....I told him he could not die before me because I wouldn't have a clue what to do with all this computer stuff. He'd haunt me for just giving everything away.
Rick's parents are off their mission and back in Idaho. I think this has been the longest we've gone without seeing them and we are all anxious to see them. The kids want us to go visit during the winter, because they want to see snow....but we're thinking....no, we'll go when weather isn't an issue. The Bickmore Thanksgiving Get-together is going to be here in AZ, so we'll all be together then. All that yummy food.....I better stop eating now to save up for the "big binge".:) We can't wait to see family and catch up with everyone!
I'm looking forward to my mom coming out in October........she always helps me catch up with all the projects I've put off and I cannot wait to get some painting and planting done while she's here. The kids are very excited. But to be honest, I think I'm more excited than they are.:) So is Rick......so I can stop talking about how I need to get stuff done and actually do it.
