Guess my new hobby......o.k....yes, it's cake decorating. I figured my gardening skills have much to be desired, so I've moved on to greener pastures (hahaha...that was pretty funny). I should say "sweeter" pastures. The first class I think I gained about 5 pounds from the cupcakes and cakes. Fortunately the last two classes haven't required as many cakes. This one was fun, though the frosting was a little thin, plus it was a warm night. All of these elements equaled the melting look along the bottom...I don't think I could ever recreate that element.:):)
