Cajsa is now a proud Kindergarten Graduate! She had such an amazing first year in school and I'm so incredibly proud of her skills. Miss Blake was the best teacher to start her out on her journey of education...Cajsa can read through a Junie B. Jones book by herself with minimal help and I love listening to her read. At Easter her Grandma Hedelius gave her a box full of books which she reads faithfully.
It was an amazing graduation ceremony! The had the whole procession and handing out of certificates. For the program, the students sang the National Anthem and My Country Tis of Thee. In the middle they had a few student say what they enjoyed most about kindergarten and a few of the rules they had in their classrooms.

Cajsa and Gunnar before the ceremony. The medal she is wearing signifies that she was on the Honor Roll and Principal's Pride all year. Which I'm proud to say Hunter and Hayden both received too.

Question: How do you keep 4 year old boys occupied during the process of reading 120 names?
Answer: iPhones

Cajsa after receiving her certificate.

Cajsa and Tatum, her good friend and classmate. A little giddy after all the festivities...:)
